Templates are sold via Polar Software, Inc. as merchant of record, on behalf of Twentytwo Design (Michael Rosenzweig-Steiner e.U., Austria).
Each purchase grants a non-exclusive license to use the template for one final published website — your own or one client project. Additional sites require additional licenses. Reselling, redistributing or re-publishing the template as a template is not permitted.
Delivery is digital and immediate: after checkout you receive a private Framer remix link and a setup guide.
As the template is digital content delivered immediately, you agree at checkout that the statutory right of withdrawal expires with delivery (Art. 16(m) Consumer Rights Directive). Independently of this, we offer a voluntary 14-day refund if the template does not work as documented — email us with a short description of the issue.
Template updates are provided free of charge. Support covers defects in the template itself, not general Framer training or custom development.
Austrian law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
